She became certified as a dance & movement therapist in order to have a holistic approach to healing by being able to address the mind, the soul, and the body.
Lais has been teaching women how to tap into or strengthen their intuitive gifts so they can co-create the life they desire and deserve to live.
She is the author of "Universe & You: 11 Steps To Co-Create The Life You Desire": a spiritual self-help book with downloadable meditations, and a poetry collection "When A Wild Woman Rises" that's coming out in February 2022.
